ALL ABOUT GIRLS - CARD

Hello Everybody

Here i have created a card filled with stuffs a girls wants to do. Oh I feel as if I have made this card for me.... Partying, Make-up and ofcourse Woooo..... Shopping....Whether @20 or 60 any girl would like to have fun.

I cut her dress from Glitter foam sheet and struck so it will have little 3d effect. I really loved doing that part.:-) I am little sad that have not added any quilled item in this card but still think the punched flowers have occupied enough space not leaving any space for my quilled flowers. Sure in my next card i will use my quilled flowers.

Hope you all like my card. Your comments are highly appreciated.

Thank you for stopping by. Happy Crafting!!!

RAKSHA BANDHAN CARD (POP-UP CARD)

"BEING SISTER AND BROTHER MEANS BEING THERE FOR EACH OTHER"

Its a very beautiful day. I have completed making one more card. This time I have made Card for special festival for all Indian brothers and sisters - Raksha Bandhan card to boost the festive mood. I have chosen the peacock theme. I choose colors carefully so that it wont look girlish as this card is for the brother. I wanted more blue but at the same time I did'nt want to use a blue color card so I chose peacock theme which will look more royal and indian.

The Rakhi can be separated from the card and used. I made a quilling peacock to go with the theme. Intially I thought of making a simple card but later felt that Pop-up card would be a better one and here I am with my Simple Peacock Pop-up card.

"Sometime being a Sister is even better than being a Princess" I came across this quote online and loved it. So I printed it on my card. I am very satisfied with my card. Hope you all like it too.

VALENTINE CARD WITH BLOSSOM FLOWERS

Ever since I saw Manuela's Blossom flowers I fell in love with them. I always wanted to try them. This is my first quilled card. I made this one for Create Something Catchy Challenges -5.
The challenge is to make Simple Pop up card. When I started I had no idea of using any quilling but as it went on..Oh God I should say this Crafts are very Addictive. I could'nt stop making it...

I have used 3 mm paper strips for flowers and strips cut from silver sheets for fringes. I thought that the words "LOVE U" will pop when the card is opened then I got this idea of this couples proposing to each other. I drew  the images on a white shining paper (15x15) and cut them and stuck to a heart shape.

Thank you for visiting RAVSCrafts. HAVE A GOOD DAY.
